We are looking for an Area Manager who will have the overall responsibility for BMWs assigned dealers. As Area Manager you are responsible of optimizing New Business Volumes, profits and customer/ dealer satisfaction through strategic and tactical market initiatives.


What awaits you?

• You will act as the interface to the assigned dealers, such as dealer principle, sales managers and sales force
• Have responsibility for volume and profitability for the assigned dealers, and work with the dealers on Target Achievement, quantitative as well as qualitative
• Be hands-on in design, carrying out and monitoring local campaigns and events
• Provide monthly reviews on sales targets, volumes, penetration and credit application on dealer level
• Coach and train the dealers sales force in our products, methods and services

What should you bring along?

• University degree in preferably economics, business administration or finance
• Solid experience as Sales representative or Manager at Dealer level with a proven track record on performance steering
• Experience with communicating on both operational- and strategic level (C-level) A strong understanding of the processes within the financial business
• Proficiency in the MS office suite (Excel and PPT in particular)

To succeed in this role, we believe you are:

• Target oriented, persuasive, proactive and analytical
• A strong negotiator with a high level of social competence
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, oral and written, preferably also German
• Have a Drivers License
