Review of all contracts matter relating insurance to the company with support from legal counsel (if required).

Responsible of negotiation with client to secure contracts

Owner of commercial process and responsible of implementation

Review pricing and proposal prior to submission to client.

Support sales client visits where applicable

Facilitate Master Services Agreement and partners/agent's agreement.

Administrative support for CRM system (Salesforce).

Support on IPand trademark filling, renewal and related activities.

Perform analysis on sales and project to financial perform to identify potential improvement areas.

Ensure compliance with regulations, approval matrix and legislation.

Vendor registration & maintenance of client portals (Ariba )

Quality control of outgoing documentation to clients
