We are looking for an experienced, friendly and motivated assistant store manager for a 80% position to Helly Hansen Brand Store Stavanger.

Working expectations

Have responsibility with the day-to-day operations of the shop
Responsibility of the shop when the store manager is away
Visual merchandising
Working as part of a team and motivating those around you
Sending and receiving of goods
Focus on sales, but most importantly, good and honest help to our customers
Always keeping the store and storage neat and tidy
Contribute to the store achieving its financial goals

Desired experience and skills

You have experience from retail, a role with responsibility is desirable but not essential
You have an eye for detail and interest in visual merchandising
You work structured and can complete tasks both in a team and independently
You enjoy selling and helping customers
You are enthusiastic with good humor that brings a good atmosphere to customers and staff alike
You take initiative
You have an interest in the outdoors
You must be able to speak Norwegian and English comfortably
It is an advantage if you can speak another language other than Norwegian and English; e.g. German, Spanish, but this is not a requirement

Work position

80% position
Workdays vary from daytime, evenings (until 19) and rotational weekends
