We are seeking a Product Specialist (temp) to develop innovative, quality and technically advanced garments that will excite and fulfil the current and future needs of our customers.
1 year contract in Professional Services.
Role: Product Specialist working on technical garments. The work is project based and high focus on customer relations and teamwork are required.

We are seeking a Product Specialist (temp) to develop innovative, quality and technically advanced garments that will excite and fulfil the current and future needs of our customers.
1 year contract in Professional Services.
Role: Product Specialist working on technical garments. The work is project based and high focus on customer relations and teamwork are required.
Main responsibilities within Development:
- To develop products according to allocation, brief, timelines, company quality standards and certification standards.
- To develop original products in accordance with HH product philosophy, seasonal briefs and category specific requirements and expectations.
- To contribute to and support the line structure planning, brief creation, design- and R&D process and allocation planning.
- To optimize products and critically review and negotiate prices to land on or below price targets.
- To drive product creation to fit a realistic and efficient development and production process.
- To develop and possible design and source parts, details and solutions related to allocated products.
- To drive and execute the fit and pattern development process for allocated products.
- To drive and execute the critique process for construction, function, and sizing, for prototypes and sales sample, and pre-production sample on allocated styles.
- To produce and update drawings and tech packs according to technical specifications rules, area of responsibility.
- To contribute and actively take part in the development of any working tools.
- To provide all internal and external partners with necessary product info according to given timelines or upon request.
- To take active part and contribute to internal- and external presentations and presentation material, briefings and product reviews if asked to.
- To carry out other related duties and instructions as required by Team Manager or other such Manager.
- To do all necessary vendor communication.
- To stay updated on market news & development, competitor products, Key Account assortments and other critical product info related to allocated categories.
- To actively prepare, plan for and do traveling necessary for the execution of allocated products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Design, or similar.

3+ years’ experience in product development.
- Knowledge of apparel design, construction, materials, pattern making, costing and bill of materials.
- Proven performance history with domestic and offshore vendors and manufacturers.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A good team player.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Abode Illustrator/PLM.
