At BW Offshore, we engineer offshore production solutions to progress the future of energy.

We are currently finalizing a new major gas FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading unit) which will operate offshore Darwin, Australia. To support our strategy to build a substantial and growing position in offshore renewable infrastructure, we have also invested in, and are developing, floating offshore wind solutions.

We are seeking ambitious and talented graduate students with a strong background in engineering, to join the BW Offshore Graduate Programme. If you are in the final year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree, this is your opportunity to begin your career in the energy industry.

What is the BW Offshore Graduate Programme?

The BW Offshore Graduate Programme is designed to provide young talents with hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the offshore energy industry. During your time working as graduate, you will gain insights into the various career paths within BW Offshore. You will also receive hands-on mentorship from dedicated leadership and senior colleagues, building a strong foundation for long-term personal development and a career with BW Offshore.

As a technical graduate you may participate in all phases of projects: From concept development and engineering to project execution, construction, and commissioning. Graduates will be exposed to other departments and locations/yards for periods to enable you to build a strong company competence.
