Job Description:

For our Center Team in Norway, we are looking for a skilled Norwegian-speaking employee who will handle and participate in the solution of many different tasks daily, and who has an uncompromising focus on service. The position is limited in time until 31. October 2024.

The tasks will include:

• Terminal work
• To help our customers with delivery and delivery of parcels
• Follow-up on delivered packages
• Resolution of delivery-related customer inquiries
• Communication and contact with drivers
• Typing and analysis tasks
• Fixing and updating error addresses
• Various center ad-hoc tasks

The person we are looking for:

• Uncompromising attitude to service, as you will be in daily contact with many customers and colleagues.
• Good digital understanding and good knowledge of the Office suite
• Solution-oriented, structured, and flexible approach to the job
• Good communication skills - written and oral in Norwegian and English
• Desire and ability to work in a multicultural company, where the corporate language is English

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week and are planned in collaboration with your manager.
