Overview:
Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for a Corporate Information Management Lead in Oslo, Norway to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Corporate Information Management Lead you will oversee and enhance our information and data management practices globally. This role will help ensure that data and information is treated as an asset throughout the different global teams.

As our Corporate Information Management Lead you will oversee and enhance our information and data management practices globally. This role will help ensure that data and information is treated as an asset throughout the different global teams.
Main responsibilities
- Provide guidance on strategic Information Management (IM) issues and risks.
- Ensure secure handling of IM requirements specific to business areas and/or countries.
- Identify IM risks and propose appropriate mitigating actions.
- Develop and maintain the organization’s information map to safeguard our data and information.
- Align local IM requirements with central IT, relevant requirement owners, and shared services.
- Work closely with the Digital & IT Operations to ensure a comprehensive approach to data, information, and content management and alignment on cyber security risk management.
- Support Digital and IT projects by addressing information management issues related to various systems and data handling.
- Foster a culture of secure information sharing and collaboration.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on best practices in information management, data handling, and the use of new technologies and systems.
- Develop/implement/advise on information management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure handling of data
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)) preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in information and data management, with a focus on information mapping and integration
- Fluent in English, spoken and written

- Strong understanding of information & data governance frameworks, and digital transformation methodologies
- Experience leading digital improvement projects and implementing processes to enhance business
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technological environment.
