What is Lime Technologies?
Lime Technologies is a successful Nasdaq-listed international software company developing, selling, and implementing CRM solutions. In the 30 years of being in business, Lime has shown profitable growth since the start of becoming one of the largest suppliers of CRM in the Nordic markets. In the last three years, Lime has also opened its first offices outside of the Nordics in Utrecht Netherlands, Cologne Germany and Krakow Poland.

In Norway, we have been active since 2010 and is today Limes largest country and office outside of Sweden. Now is the time has come for us to take the next leap. Last year, our previous Country Sales Manager moved on to a new role at Lime. We’re now looking for an experienced sales leader to help us grow and succeed in Norway.
What is a Country Sales Manager?
As the Country Sales Manager, your overall objective is to bring sales success to the Norwegian market. You will do this by actively seeking and developing new business opportunities yourself, as well as building, growing, and coaching our Norwegian sales team. Your primary tasks will include building the team, recruiting new colleagues, building a short- and long-term sales strategy as well as managing sales, attracting new business, and taking care of customer relationships.
With an entrepreneurial and innovative attitude, you will develop the business and play a key role in the growth of the company.

Skills & Requirements
We expect you to have:
Minimum five years of Management experience: a genuine drive to lead, develop, and inspire others
Minimum five years of experience in complex sales and customer interface (preferably within Saa S) – loving every minute of it
A marketing mindset and understanding of how Sales and Marketing work together
Great communication skills
A wide network and knowledge of how to operate a business in the Norwegian market
Proven results from complex sales and generating new business in the Saa S industry
It is a plus, but not a must, if you have worked towards industries like Utility, Real Estate, Consultancy and/or Wholesale
An Academic (Master’s or Bachelor’s) Degree in a relevant field: e.g. in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
