About the Role and the Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead and expand our operations and team in Norway. This senior role requires a deep passion for digital marketing and ad tech, coupled with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in business development. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead and expand our operations and team in Norway. - Develop, drive, and execute the commercial strategy in Norway to engage clients and secure new business prospects
- Track pipeline activities, develop, and communicate accurate forecasts to senior management.
- Create and implement business plans to achieve agreed commercial objectives in the Norwegian market
- Identify key hires and roles essential for business growth and development
- Achieve the Adform Norway’s revenue and profitability targets through personal effort and effective team leadership
- Oversee sales, local hiring, new business development, and account management, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with top existing and new clients, independent agencies, advertisers, and publishers
- Collaborate with the Nordic Management teams to drive common growth across markets and enhance people development.
- Establish thought leadership in Norway by acting as an opinion leader and knowledge facilitator within the sector.

- Proven business management capabilities with full revenue ownership
- Extensive experience in commercial management, demonstrating clear career progression and seniority
- Demonstrable success in people management, team building, leadership, and development across direct and indirect reports
- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives with strong planning and forecasting skills
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and advanced understanding of various channel strengths
- Significant experience with digital advertising, including the programmatic advertising landscape across both buy-side and sell-side
- Broad network within the marketing sector, including media agencies, digital consultancies, major publishers, and top 100 advertisers
- Proficiency in client presentations and public speaking to larger audiences
- In-depth understanding of the challenges within a global uniform technology environment and the need for individual market adaptation
- Strong ability to prioritize and focus on people, processes, and revenue, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills
