About the Role and the Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.
As an Account Manager at Adform, your primary focus will be nurturing and expanding relationships with key agencies across Norway. You will leverage our Adform tech stack to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction through innovative solutions.

- Manage a diverse portfolio of key clients, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Implement best practices in account management to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Strategically engage clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, offering tailored solutions using Adform products.
- Drive adoption and usage of our tech stack, maximizing client success and satisfaction.

- Proven experience in online or programmatic advertising.
- Extensive network within the Norwegian market, particularly with agencies.
- Strong technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to present solutions and effectively upsell to clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both externally with clients and internally within teams.
