This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Vice President of Engineering.

This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Vice President of Engineering.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee the development and maintenance of full stack software solutions that enhance customer safety and security.
- Lead the architecture and design of new features and functionalities while ensuring the integration of best practices in coding and security.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within the full stack development team.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to coding tasks to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure team adherence to software quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to align technological solutions with business goals.
- Support professional development of team members through mentoring, coaching, and facilitating continuous learning and development opportunities.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 7 years of experience in software development.
- 2 years in a leadership or managerial role managing full stack development teams.
- Expertise in modern software development practices and tools, including Agile methodologies.
- Frontend development experience: React.js.
- Backend Development proficiency: C#, .NET Core, and REST API creation.
- Database knowledge: SQL and no SQL databases; adept with Entity Framework.
- Devops and Cloud experience: Azure Kubernetes, microservices, Azure cloud infrastructure, and implementing Dev Ops best practices.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid work permit in the EU.
- Experience with Io T devices and hardware integration.
