What You´ll Do

• Advises on Accenture’s meeting policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and process event approvals.
• Use Accenture’s internal tools to manage events.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Compiling cost estimates to determine the most cost-effective location to host the meeting.
• Source meeting venue options, according to Accenture’s supplier sourcing strategy and identifies and screens potential new suppliers.
• Consult on attendee communications and registration.
• Plan and execute meetings and events, typically including onsite logistics, food and beverage, activities, functions and entertainment.
• Provide production and audio-visual support.
• Process and reconcile meeting expenses.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

• Minimum 2 years of current relative Meeting and Event Management experience.
• Formal Project Management designation and training would be seen as an advantage.
• Experience with Cvent events management software.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under stressful situations.
• Strong time management and IT skills, ability to work well under pressure.
• Understanding of advanced financial statements, processes and language.
• Strong communications and presentation skills in English and Norwegian.
