Main tasks:Participate in the day-to-day operations of the Exception Handling team, with working hours from 14:00 - 21:00. At the same time, you must be flexible in relation to work tasks that the company must solve at all times.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Startup of all systems
• Follow-up in DHL Express' internal computer systems
• Debrief of drivers returning to the terminal with pickups
• Create shipments to be forwarded to a third party and carry out checks
• Internal quality control and follow-up of internal computer systems daily
• Answer, handle and create cases in our customer management tool
• Various other Support Office tasks
• Scan all parcels in our systems and follow them up daily
• Communication with other departments, problem solving, ie.
• Communicate with our customers, help them resolve discrepancies on their shipments

Your characteristics and qualifications:

• You are responsible and structured
• Accurate in your work
• You are a very good team player
• Having good computer skills
• Handles high work pressure and a hectic work environment
• You like to cope with challenges
• Do the little extra when needed and demonstrate a "Can-Do Attitude"
• You are very customer-focused and service oriented
• You must have a forklift driver's licence
• Should be able to communicate in writing and orally in both Norwegian and English
• Analytical thinker, able to solve challenges
• Willing to go the extra mile for his colleagues and our customers
