Job Description

Brand Marketing

• Assist in the development and excecution of marketing campaigns including media planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
• Support event planning and sponsorship activities

Junior Key Account Manager in Off Premise Sales

• Manage relationships with key retail partners
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Business developer in On Premise sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the On Premise universe
• Build and maintain strong relationships with On Premise partners
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption

Qualifications

Graduate with a Master`s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Passion for the Red Bull brand and its mission to "Give wiiings to people and ideas"
Top talent with a solid business background, demonstrating commercial acumen.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
