We are searching for:
Head of Operations Nordic Cluster
The Head of Operations Nordic Cluster is responsible for that the Nordic Cluster Operations team is providing efficient and professional service to our customer, partners and suppliers. The Head of Operations reports to COO of the Nordic cluster. The positions will be based in Oslo.
Responsibilities:

Manage a dedicated and competent Nordic Operations Team.
Develop the organization, procedures and IT systems to increase automatization and efficiency.
Manage operational risks.

Main activities:

Manage the operations activities in the Nordic Cluster in order to efficiently cover the needs.
Follow up the customer contracts through the contract life-cycle, and update the contract with any amendments,
Ensuring the completion of KYC (know your customer) studies,
Liaising with Sales and other internal departments to ensure that the customer is presented with a consistent and accurate response,
Ensuring asset protection coverage,
Consistently develop processes and IT systems to ensure that excellent service levels can be maintained,
Ensuring compliance with local regulation and internal policies at all times
Recruit, train and supervise additional members of the operational team.

We are looking for someone with:

Master degree in business or finance
Confirmed experiences (around 5 years) in a similar function towards Operations / Middle-Back Office / Customer Service, knowledge of Leasing Industry is an advantage
Bilingual skills – English and one of the Scandinavian languages
