Hotel Chef in Lofoten Island (With EU permits only!) ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare and execute culinary delights without constant supervision, demonstrating creativity and proficiency in European cuisine.
- Craft and present a 3-course menu daily for a small number of guests (20-40 people per day), ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
- Maintain integrity and professionalism, adhering to high ethical standards and passing a thorough background check.
Requirements:
- Culinary expertise and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently without constant guidance.
- Clean background with no history of unethical behaviour.
- Proficiency in European cuisine; familiarity with Norwegian culinary traditions is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a mustø for easy travel around the area it's advisable to arrive to the working location by car .
Seasonal Dates: Start date is as soon as possible. Potential for permanent position based on performance.
Salary: Gross salary ranging from 40,000 NOK to 42,000 NOK per month (based on experience), working 6 days per week.
