HSE Manager Norway
As an HSE Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the health, safety, and environmental efforts for our HBS Service business in Norway. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, and the implementation of the Honeywell management system.
You will report directly to our HSE Leader UK & Nordics, and you will work out of our Norway location on a hybrid work schedule.

As an HSE Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the health, safety, and environmental efforts for our HBS Service business in Norway. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, and the implementation of the Honeywell management system.
You will report directly to our HSE Leader UK & Nordics, and you will work out of our Norway location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies and proactive safety measures, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing engineering solutions and preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents, promoting environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards in HSE engineering, conducting regular inspections, audits, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE matters, and represent the Norway business at a country level for legal compliance.
- Auditing experience and 6+ years of experience in HSE Management.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices, with a certification in HSE or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of FM, hard services, and construction-related activities (knowledge of OSHA requirements is a bonus).
- Strong working knowledge of developing and implementing HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
