This role is mainly focused on remote selling, however participation in events and courses on a national level outside normal working hours will occasionally occur. Co-traveling with Territory Managers may be required from time to time.

About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Source and cultivate new leads through various remote selling prospecting techniques, including cold calling, e-mailing and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Product Managers (PM) and Territory Managers (TM) to facilitate the sales process and build trust with potential customers.
- Qualify potential customers using outreach channels, assessing their level of interest and need for the Straumann Group portfolio.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of the Straumann Group portfolio, including campaigns, offers, and courses, to potential prospects and customers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by ensuring regular follow-ups from events, courses, and social media interactions.
- Collaborate closely with Territory Managers and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software to enhance transparency between teams, track sales activities, manage contacts, and report on performance metrics.
- This role will be measured by set KPI:s.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven inside sales experience is required
- Experience or education in dental or similar/equivalent is an advantage.
- Able to understand complex products, and curious /passionate about dental implants.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Result oriented; capable of growing net sales and customer base.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and build strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to occasionally travel with Territory Managers
- Fluent in Norwegian language and strong English skills required.
- Having a proactive and agile mindset, seeking opportunities within the role.
