Location: Norway, in the Vestfold area.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell products and services to new and existing customers in an assigned 'market' to achieve or exceed our business objectives. You will work with customers primarily through phone, email and remote interactions from a sales and technical perspective.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell products and services to new and existing customers in an assigned 'market' to achieve or exceed our business objectives. You will work with customers primarily through phone, email and remote interactions from a sales and technical perspective.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generate leads and opportunities through various sourcing activities including Telephone and email response, follow-up sales leads and keeping track of existing orders and deliveries.
- You will be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with other team members and departments for support in responding to customer needs.
- Maintains awareness of profitability and related financial objectives to ensure achievement of assigned goals and company objectives.
- Creates quotes and proposals, and work with solutions engineers to develop competitive offerings. Provide the right technical solution following customers’ requests and help the external Account Manager establish the right kitlist linked to AV & KVM projects.
What we are looking for:
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English both orally and written.
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both oral and written forms
- You have the ability to help the customer find the right technical/commercial solution and products for generic projects and demands
- You have the ability to effectively learn and utilize required software and system applications
- You have ambition and a strong desire for professional development
- Any business-to-business sales experience is always preferred
- Technical qualification or interest in the AV business
