Your Mission
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT related operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will span across user support, technical support, project implementation, and system maintenance. You’ll collaborate with team members, department leads and teams to enhance our IT infrastructure and provide exceptional service to our internal users.
You will contribute to our Enterprise IT department’s efficiency, security, and innovation. Your ability to troubleshoot, communicate effectively, and adapt to evolving technologies will be essential. We expect you to be an example of proactive thinking and behavior towards the team and business and be representative of a solution focused approach to work and challenges within IT.

Your Mission
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT related operations within our organization. Core Responsibilities
1. Technical Support and Incident Management
- Ticket Resolution: Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests raised by internal users. Investigate and diagnose technical issues related to Saa S applications, network connectivity, hardware, and software and integrations
- User Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users on Saa S tools and best practices
- Saa S Deployments: Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to implement new Saa S solutions. Ensure successful deployment, configuration, and user adoption
- Integration: Integrate our core Saa S tools with other systems (e.g., AWS, Git Hub) to streamline interdepartmental workflows
- Monitoring and Performance: Monitor application and hardware performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system workflows where possible
- Security: Implement security best practices, including access controls, data encryption, and vulnerability assessments in collaboration with our internal security team
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for all IT operational configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures
- 5+ years operational experience with an international IT organization
- Experience in IT Service Management to ensure smooth sailing for the organization, with a knack for optimizing service delivery to meet business needs.
- Skilled in Identity & Access Management, ensuring only individuals gain entry while maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
- Proficient in Device Management and Security.
- Skilled at maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure to keep the organization connected and secure through Network Management.
- Experienced in Technical Support & Troubleshooting to keep operations run smoothly.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
- Located in or close to Oslo, Norway.
