Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
Høyere økonomisk utdanning på bachelor- eller mastergradsnivå
1-3 års erfaring fra regnskap og kostnadskontroll, fortrinnsvis fra oljeindustrien
Gode Excel-kunnskaper
Erfaring i bruk av SAP som økonomisystem (Vi vil gå over til S/4 Hana i løpet av de neste årene)
Beherske norsk og engelsk (skriftlig og muntlig)

To strengthen our finance department, we would like to hire a junior department economist to one of our Product Lines (PSL).
In this role, you can expect a working day where you are in regular contact with colleagues from various parts of the organization, and you must therefore have good communication and collaboration skills. You are curious and enjoy working in a dynamic, exciting, and informal work environment.
You have good organizational skills and used to managing complex tasks in a hectic everyday life, often with short deadlines.

Tasks:
Month-end (including income and cost accruals)
Cost control
Reporting and analysis of variance
Follow-up of contracts and profitability analyses
Financial advice for the department
Prepare monthly and annual budget plan.
Calculate and maintain internal cost rates.
Ensure compliance with procedures and processes.
Process improvements.
Participate in tenders and contract work.


Desired qualifications:
Higher economic education at bachelor's or master's degree level
1-3 years of experience from accounting and cost control, preferably from the oil industry
Good Excel skills
Experience in using SAP as a financial system. (We will implement SAP/4 Hana over the next 2 years)
Master Norwegian and English (written and spoken)

Personal qualities:
You must be able to work in a structured manner and handle a complex and sometimes hectic everyday life.
You are able to think holistically - in an analytical and logical way.
Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
Good oral and written presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
