We are looking for an independent and enthusiastic law student to join our legal team in Sandnes, Norway for a temporary student position.
The primary tasks for this role will involve the detailed mapping of our contractual agreements in English and Norwegian, including both customer and supplier contracts. This process requires the candidate to review and analyze each agreement, identify key clauses, and accurately categorize and document these clauses according to predefined criteria. The goal is to create a comprehensive and structured database that highlights important contractual elements. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.
The length of employment will be determined in agreement with the selected candidate. If there are any specific periods during which you are unavailable to work, please indicate them in your application.
Qualifications:
- Third year - fifth year law student.
- Strong contractual understanding.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- High integrity and a strong ethical compass.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Structured with a high work capacity.
