As a CFO consultant in Greenstep, you will take part in various exciting and developing customer projects, where, depending on the nature of the assignment, you may have overall responsibility for the customer companies' finances and/or be involved in the development of the customer's financial function to contribute to structured business growth - both organically and acquisition-related. Your work may include budgeting and budget follow-up, reporting, forecasting, liquidity planning and support in financing processes. As a CFO consultant, you are the driving force behind developing both internal and external routines and processes for our customers. You see the customer as a whole and contribute to streamlining the reporting processes and forecasting.

Who are we looking for?

Profile 1:

• A CFO consultant with experience in company modelling, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning and support in financing processes
• Experience as a finance function in a company, investment banking or as a Business Controller
• Experience with capital raises, M&A transactions and due diligence processes is considered meritorious
• Preferably experience with Power BI and similar systems

Profile 2:

• A CFO consultant with experience in group accounting and FAS/IFRS environments
• Experience as a financial expert within external accounting or auditing
• Knowledge of stock market listings is considered meritorious
• Knowledge of group accounting programs and/or implementation of group accounting programs is considered an advantage

In addition to one of the aforementioned profiles, the position requires the following:

• A master's degree in economics or other suitable university education with solid results
• 5-8 years of experience from a similar consulting role

• Good IT knowledge and a great interest in systems
• Very good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English
• In addition to solid financial management, you have good communication and problem-solving skills and a good understanding of the modern financial management role in a digital operating environment

You are structured and systematic, and have a positive attitude towards contributing with your skills, experiences and ideas.
