About the role
As an Operations Specialist you will be part of an Operational Excellence team focused on improvement and efficiency. You will work closely with SME’s both within operations and analytics to quantify, analyze and govern our improvement and operations efforts. You will be a key resource in developing models, reports and tools to improve our data driven efforts within operations.
Analytical skills
Are you a person that finds patterns where others see chaos, are you able to transform complex data into tangible insight, and communicate that insight?

Circle K e Mobilty is searching for an operational specialist with strong analytical skills to strengthen our global operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Improving operations by supporting data driven prioritization of improvements
- Validate realization of targeted improvements
- Explore our data sources to create insight into data availability, quality, missing data and potential improvements
- Develop, improve, and automate reporting
- Develop a framework for performance management
- Contribute as an analyst in improvement initiatives
- Have an interest in driving smaller continuous improvement projects
- Analytical mind and minimum a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience from analysis roles, preferably in operations, management consulting or similar
- You have a proven track-record of driving change and delivering improvements through data-based analysis and insight
- You have experience from complex organizations, driving work across functions and interacting with all levels of the organization
- You have excellent communication skills and business fluency in English
