Job Description

We are looking for an experienced product engineer who want to join our multicultural team in Kongsberg, Norway. The CWOR team provides products and services to external customers and our own service departments all around the world. The team is part of the Installation & Intervention team, and we collaborate closely with field development, tenders, project delivery, product development and life of field services.
Job Description
- Perform product engineering and support for new and/or existing CWOR systems.
· Participate in product strategy & industrialization work to maintain and develop standard products for the future and obsolescence of old variants.
· Participate in implementation of LEAN methodology in the daily work in the department.
· Participate in, and lead, A3/ 8D problem solving activities and RCA work.
· Support and secure Technip FMC's focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
You are meant for this job if:
- A -BSc or MSc with subsea well control product competency
· Passionate about subsea CWOR systems and technology
· Eager to provide hands-on engineering work to project activities from screening studies to delivery and life of field support.
· A dedicated team player.
· Self-driven and with a sense of pride in your work.
· Eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
· Able to make critical decisions and learn from every situation.
· Enjoying sharing knowledge with colleagues.
· Fluent in English.
· Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the country, without sponsorship.
