Job description

As a production worker at Innova Mar, you'll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon . Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including manual cutting, packing, sorting, and preparation.

You'll experience shifts alternating between day and evening, enriching your work-life balance.

Qualifications we value:

Working hours

• contract full time
• normally you work 36,5 hour per week but this can vary on a weekly basis
we work in shifts, so you will change between working day- and evening shift every other week

Place of work is Innova Mar on Frøya, Trøndelag, Norway

Start as soon as possible or by agreement.

Sal Mar AS is bound by the collective agreement between Norwegian Seafood Federation and NNN (employee union). The salary is based on the collective agreement’s rates and local supplements and is subsequently regulated through local and central wage negotiations.

Salary:

• employees over 18 years: NOK 216,65 per hour
employees under 18 years: NOK 173,32 per hour

As part of having a stable workforce, we prefer candidates that are looking to stay long term or permanently.

Permanent contract.
