The Position
Roche Diagnostics Norway is hiring a Product Solutions Manager to strengthen the focus on our molecular diagnostic solutions. As a Product Solutions Manager, you will be the center of expertise for your portfolio and provide specialist knowledge in various external and internal activities. You will ensure our solutions meet the laboratory's current and future needs and make our unique solutions known and appreciated. You will become part of a larger team in a pleasant environment with committed colleagues who want you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

You are accountable for the entire product lifecycle of your respective portfolio (launch, pricing, forecasts, product care, future roadmap, phase-out).

You own the product knowledge for the portfolio's instruments, assays, and digital solutions/software and make product presentations and marketing materials available.

You assist the sales team in customer visits with product presentations when necessary and connect with customers to understand the customer needs.

Provide strategic guidance in pre-tender processes and work closely with the marketing team and contribute to local marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns.

You stay informed of competitive products (features, perceived benefits, and pricing), and can articulate differentiators of our solutions.

You contribute to market and launch assessments and manage product notifications to customers.
Who You Are?

You have relevant higher education as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or in molecular biology.

You have experience in the diagnostics industry or a relevant laboratory position, preferably in microbiology.

You are customer oriented and has good communication skills.
-
You are fluent in Norwegian and English (writing and speaking).

You have driving license class B
