We now have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Oslo as a Project Manager!

What you will be doing

Project Office is the department in SEB responsible for driving changes and new projects across the different business units. This means you get the unique opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects, learn from specialists and be exposed to the various products and services we as a bank offer our clients.

The team in Oslo consist of four project managers and are a part of a large international Project Management Community. Our main mission is to lead projects from initiation to launch, and often you will drive several smaller projects simultaneously.

You will hold the overall view of all the moving parts and drive change by breaking down the scope into smaller deliveries, securing the right prioritization, while coordinating the projects progress and deadlines.

An essential part of the job is to interact with colleagues both in Oslo and at other sites. SEB has implemented a scaled agile framework which means that your projects will depend on deliveries from agile teams, in addition to other business and support functions.

Who we are looking for

You hold a relevant university degree and have previous experience working as a project manager, ideally from Consulting, Finance or Banking. In addition to strong academic results and analytical skills we value an outgoing personality, team player mentality and integrity. You show commitment to learn and constantly develop your skill set, and you work in a structured way with focus on quality, details and deadlines. Competence and experience in agile ways of working in addition to traditional project frameworks is preferred.

Seamless communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders are key to our success. Networking comes natural to you, and you are confident and clear in your communication. Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.
