Assignment Description

• Various administrative work within relevant function, such as mail and calendar handling, travel arrangements and expense statements
• Organize and set up logistics for leadership meetings, agendas, presentations, conferences, teambuildings
• Follow up actions to proactively support manager in relevant area, including good interaction both with managers and other functions
• Prepare reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing of data
• Support organizing events internal/external -
• Follow up relevant systems within the function (e.g. PIMS, SAP & Synergi)
• Assist in onboarding of new employees and training
• Provide practical assistance with access to relevant systems and general introduction
• Provide administrative support for documentation handling

Qualifications

• Required Experience 1-3 year
