Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the site’s QHSE system and routines.
• Ensure employee safety, fire safety, and site security.
• Ensure compliance with ISO certifications and EU directives.
• Promote safe and responsible behavior across the organization.
• Act as the primary contact for relevant local authorities.

Expected Results:

• Full compliance with national, international, and corporate QHSE standards at all times.
• Safe working conditions and continuous improvement through non-conformity analysis.
• Updated and reliable QHSE documentation and valid conformity declarations for all products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Structured, analytical, and responsible with high ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).

Duration of need: 6 months
