• Conducting risk assessments

• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards.

• Providing training and guidance on QHSE matters to staff.

• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.

• Developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.

• Reporting on QHSE performance and suggesting improvements.

• Provide support to ensure that non-conformances, defects and deficiencies relating to QHSE matters are reported, and that corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence.

• Carry out internal and external quality audits to ISO9001:2015

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent

• Auditing qualification

• Relevant experience in a QHSE role, preferably within manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits.

• Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.

• Experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
