The Resource Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Engineering in coordinating staffing requests, managing capacity levels, and optimizing resource utilization across various disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance project needs with individual workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to the Head of Engineering, coordinating all staffing requests from tender teams, project managers, or discipline leads.
- Report weekly on short-to-mid term capacity levels in various disciplines, identifying potential gaps in capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on resource supply and demand, including idle capacity and project requirements.
- Drive coordination with other resource managers and EDC to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Support the Head of Engineering in workforce planning processes, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Provide relevant data and insights to support staffing and coordination decisions, aiming to balance project needs, individual workloads, and high resource utilization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in resource management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and departments.
