We are recruiting for a new colleague to join our HR team. As a Senior Executive Human Resources and Payroll, you will be part of a competent HR-team and work for a world leading marine insurance provider where service and competence is key.

From our head office in Oslo, you will work hands on with our compensation and benefits programmes, including payroll for all employees in Norway. You will also be responsible for key HR processes and work in close cooperation with the Chief People Officer on HR matters, and our finance and accounting organisation on payroll matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in both people processes and payroll/accounting processes.
Your responsibilities in this role will be:

• Manage employee payroll for all Skuld employees in Norway
• Administrate the insurance and pension scheme for our employees in Norway
• Administrate insurance and pension for expats in Skuld locations outside Norway
• Manage employee relations and follow-up activities for all employees globally
• Absence management for Oslo and Bergen offices, and control the self-managed absence system for the leaders and teams
• Be superuser in relevant HR tools in Skuld
• Manage the annual salary adjustment and bonus processes
• Provide active HR support for leaders and teams
• Develop, implement and secure good HR processes and tools
• Main responsibility for personnel handbook / stay up to date on employee regulations for employees

Your qualifications should include:

• Relevant education within HR, payroll or accounting
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience. Experience from an international environment would be beneficial
• Attention to detail and conscientious in all the position’s responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and can trust own judgement to make decisions within agreed framework
• Interest for the well-being of individual employees and being able to build strong and trustworthy relations with all employees
• Excellent English and Norwegian communication skills
• Experience with standard HR- and payroll software and can manage systems independently with little supervision
