About the position:

As a Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for sales and leadership at our Oslo office, with a focus on driving growth in both wholesale and retail.. You will lead and coach the sales team, ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Your role will be crucial in developing a cohesive strategy that supports the company's growth in Norway and in establishing strong partnerships with our B2B customers.
This position requires inspirational leadership and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment, working closely with the team to guide them toward success.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies for both the wholesale and retail markets in Norway.
• Lead and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, retail stores, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee budget development and financial performance to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure consistent communication and coordination with international and cross-functional teams to align with the company’s overall sales strategy.
• Conduct regular training and development activities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the team.
Negotiations for new and existing retail locations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in sales and leadership, ideally within wholesale and retail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing team while managing hands-on tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
Solid understanding of budget management and financial performance.
