Senior Marketing Specialist (Norway)

We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist with a structured approach to campaigns as well as content planning and execution. Here, you’ll get to plan and execute all our Norwegian Marketing activities for the Skousen brand. Interested?
Whiteaway Group sells and ships household appliances to customers in all of Scandinavia, with an ongoing focus on great customer experiences. It all started as an idea, a fresh approach to the market and a digital mindset. This is still what makes us tick – we are change-makers at heart. In Norway, our largest brand is Skousen, with 18 stores and plans to open many more.
You will join our Group Marketing department consisting of 25 dedicated colleagues, primarily based in our head quarter in Aarhus, DK. Together, we plan, develop, execute, and evaluate campaigns and content for both paid and owned channels – always with the aim of driving traffic to both online and retail stores, delivering consumer relevant content across the right channels at the right time and build stronger brands. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating between key stakeholders internally and externally ensuring strong campaigns and content for our Norwegian market and the Skousen brand.
It is key that you understand what is relevant to the Norwegian target audience as you will plan and execute compelling and relevant inspirational content and strong campaigns based on product, category, or customers insights.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate local marketing activities together with stores, sales & Marketing.
- Creating content and campaigns with strong Go To Market plans across retail and online
- Creating briefs for the Creative team and Media team
- Ensure strong campaign execution (from launch to follow up) with clear call to action messages.
- Execute content across own channels and ensure coherent brand experiences across touchpoints.
- Be the voice of the Norwegian organization within a strong marketing team based in Aarhus.
- You are a strong project manager and as a person you excel in collaboration, paying attention to details and planning.
- You have a strong sense of visual/graphic design and work effortlessly within brand guidelines.
- You have an assertive personality and is ready to take on dialogues and being a sparring partner to key stakeholders internally in Sales and Group Marketing.
- You are fluent in English (our corporate language) and Norwegian or have multi-language proficiency and understands the Norwegian language, culture, and market in depth.
- As a minimum, you hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar and have 3-5 years of experience, ideally within retail or e-commerce marketing.

- You should expect to travel to our Nordic headquarter in Aarhus from time to time.
