We are seeking a smart and driven Senior Revenue Innovation Manager to join our dynamic tech organization, Norse Coders, where you will closely work with a talented tech and commercial data team. As a Senior Revenue Innovation Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving our revenue targets and executing our ambitious growth plans. You will be working on cutting-edge pricing initiatives in close collaboration with our data and tech team. In addition, you will help enable our sales organization and bridge the legacy world with the future. You will be a key driver for a future-proof pricing strategy and part of building Next Gen models that will push the boundaries of current aviation technology. This role will work in close collaboration with the broader Norse Coders team, a flat and democratic team, and with other senior managers and the Chief Product Officer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of transitioning from traditional revenue management operations to an AI-based auto pilot systems.
Main Responsibilities and duties
Strategy
Support strategy formulation and development of Next Gen pricing models for fares and ancillaries in close collaboration with the tech and data teams based on data analysis, trends analysis, competitive landscape and other relevant input.
Oversight & management
Accountability on achieving revenue and seat factor targets through
inventory management, working closely with analysts to monitor trading numbers and intervene when required; hands-on management required from time to time.
Subject matter expertise
Serve as the team’s go-to subject matter expert on revenue tools and systems; support in bridging knowledge gaps to move new revenue management initiatives forward.
Hypotheses creation
Develop testable hypotheses based on key findings to help optimize pricing and other factors impacting the overall business efficiency and impact.
Sales
Evaluate and support the Norse Sales and Trade team in allotment requests, quotes and sales; work closely with Pricing Manager to optimize pricing structure and positioning.
Reporting
Responsible for delivering revenue reports on route performance, load factor, fare trends, promotional effects, pricing strategy changes and more to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Disruption management
Assist in planned disruption management, coordination, and processing

Required certifications and qualifications
- Experience in revenue and inventory management from the airline industry, with superuser abilities in Air RM, Navitaire Management Console and Fare Manager
- Familiarity and understanding of ATPCO, GDS, NDC and the broader Navitaire suite are desirable
- Interest and understanding of new technologies are desired, but most importantly is that you have a natural curiosity, openness and a problem-solving mindset
- Desirable: data analytics and modeling experience
