We are now looking to hire a positive, enthusiastic, proactive and team-oriented Strategic Business Support Specialist.
About the role
You will support management and the rest of our organization with a wide range of tasks spanning from strategic business initiatives to day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This is a combined support role for DNB Auto Finance Oy and DNB Bank ASA, Finland Branch. You will be employed by DNB Auto Finance Oy and report directly to the CEO, but you will also work closely with the rest of the management team and other colleagues with similar tasks and responsibilities, both in Norway and other locations.
Tasks and responsibilities:

Strategy and business:
- Support and be a sparring partner for CEO and management teams
- Follow up and/or initiate and coordinate various projects and initiatives

Operational/administrative tasks include prioritization, planning and implementation of actions, meetings and activities, e.g.:
- Facilitate management meetings, including minutes and documentation.
- Maintenance and development of filing structure/Share Point pages.
- Responsible for yearly planning structures/wheels.
- Organize meetings, social gatherings and customer meetings/events.
- Have special attention and follow up the agenda and necessary preparations needed for the Board of Directors meeting.

Communication:
- Facilitate and develop/improve our structure and process for internal communication; responsible for our workplace site including training and development/maintenance.
- Support management team and the office in making professional presentations, marketing materials and other memos needed.

Competency and development:
- Superuser/ambassador for our DNB365 working tools, including usage, training and competencies.
Desired competency profile:
- Strong execution skills: Takes initiative and carries out tasks and projects effectively.
- Planning and organizing: Works in a structured manner and efficiently plans and organizes tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Effective communication: Effectively conveying information in a clear and engaging manner both orally and in writing (English). You can easily transform notes/text/documents into structured presentations that are visually appealing.
- Open to improvement and change: Always looking for ways to improve and adapt.
- Customer-focused: Prioritizes customer needs and provides excellent service.
- Collaborative team player: Works well with others and support team goals.
- Knowledge sharer: Willing to share knowledge and help others learn and succeed.
- Positive and energetic: Brings a positive attitude and energy to the team.
Education and experience:
- Higher Education: University or college degree preferred.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience and achievements can compensate for the lack of formal education.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the banking and financial industry is advantageous.
