We know that creating sustainability reports can be a time-consuming and complex task due to legal obligations and frameworks like the EU taxonomy, GHG Protocol , GRI, TCFD, Agenda 2030, and not least CSRD/ESRS. Our tool simplifies this process, empowering our customers to effectively plan, implement, and monitor their sustainability initiatives.
At Stratsys, we are a team of approximately 170 employees who make an impact, create growth, and do it together. As a fast-moving Saa S company, we help our customers build a sustainable and smart work life with our products. Now, we are looking for a Sustainability Lead to join our team in Oslo, playing a crucial role in Stratsys' future growth in the sustainability field in Norway.
This role is a vital part of a strategically prioritized initiative where you will be part of a sustainability team, collaborating with various roles across Sweden and Norway. Together, we work towards securing our positioning and expanding the number of new and satisfied customers in the sustainability field. In your role, you will actively participate in external meetings as an expert, internally contribute expertise to improve product development, and be our primary representative in external forums to promote our Sustainability Platform in Norway.

As a Sustainability Lead, you will play a vital role in developing our business around sustainability product in Norway. You will work closely with our ESG Lead in Sweden, Cecilia and collaborate with the marketing, development, and sales teams to create impactful content and sales materials, shaping the product's direction in Norway. Your involvement will be crucial in contributing to future developments in the sustainability field, offering guidance and expertise within the area.
Responsibilities
- Join our Sales team in customer meetings as an expert, sharing insights on sustainability reporting and demonstrating how the product can benefit our customers and prospects in this area.
- Collaborate internally on market materials, product content, and sales support for our sustainability product to keep it relevant in the market.
- Participate in customer onboarding projects, workshops, etc., to learn about our product, understand our offerings, and identify our customers' needs and challenges.
- Represent Stratsys through leading webinars, actively participate in conferences, and engage in strategic partner dialogues to strengthen collaborations and enhance our influence in the sustainability industry in Norway.
- Provide insights on ESG (Environmental Social Governance) and how to integrate it into current practices.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sustainability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, with a focus on sustainability reporting, data, and strategies.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English. Comfortable delivering professional presentations in both languages.
- Possess knowledge in sustainability reporting and climate calculations (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, double materiality analysis).
- Experience with GHG reporting and other ESG factors.
- You have previous experience working with software or digitalization in the field of sustainability.
- You have worked as a consultant within the sustainability field.
You bring a passion for sustainability together with a pragmatic understanding of the challenges in the field. To succeed in this role, you need strong collaboration skills and an interest in digitization and technical systems. You are fearless and positive, approaching tasks with a humble attitude and valuing efficient collaboration.
As a proactive, business-focused individual with strong communication skills, you become a reliable team member comfortable representing Stratsys in various forums. Thriving in a sales-driven environment, you appreciate the autonomy of independent work. Your natural tendency for personal responsibility makes you well-suited to a dynamic setting where each week presents unique challenges and opportunities.
