• Acting as the primary point of contact for external bodies such as class societies and insurance handlers.
• Overseeing the briefing visits, ensuring all necessary information is communicated effectively.
• Managing the selection and screening process through brief ship staff visits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Technical/maritime qualifications, preferably with seagoing experience as Chief Engineer or Master from LNG or LPG and DF experience
• Good command of oral and written English
• Basic computer knowledge
