The Life Cycle segment takes care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production, Life Cycle ensure safe operations. Our objective is to be a leading supplier of low carbon solutions and electrification projects. We focus on optimizing field life solutions, driven by decarbonization and environmentally sound offerings.
Our department in Bergen is now looking for a Young Professionals Risk & Change Advisor to help us in our mission to #powerthechange.
What will you be doing?
If you are a graduate 2025, you will be a part of Aker Solutions graduate program 2025. This will give you the opportunity to build a professional network, meet fellow graduates from various locations, and visit our headquarters as well as one of our yards.

- Responsibility for identification of Risk events and follow up
- Establish Risk Management, Process and Reporting
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis accordance with the policy
- Follow up Risk contingency drawdown plan, when relevant
- Follow up of defined actions and deadlines
- Prepare input to client reports as required
- Use of our web based Risk tool ARM
- Use of Monte Carlo Simulation method
- Close follow up with the engineering discipline
- Give support and advise to the Study Manager
Change:
- Establishment of the change control system in the project
- Make system for change control well known in project
We think you should have:
- Student graduating in 2025 or recent years
- Area of study relevant to the role you are applying for
- If you like to plan, manage and execute tasks you will thrive in this role
- Being proactive and have the ability to take initiative are great personal skills that will be appreciated in this role
- You have a high ability to learn and great interest for new technology and digitalization
- You will be given all the tools you need to succeed, and the rest is up to you!
