Business development manager cum client relationship (Omani only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing ones.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, events, etc.).
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in business development processes and strategies.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role.
- Experience in market research, sales, and negotiation.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Other:
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: RO300.000 - RO450.000 per month
