The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design solutions for a variety of media. This role involves working with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements, conceptualizing ideas, and producing designs that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, magazines, websites, social media graphics, and more.
- Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all marketing materials.
- Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other designers.
- Review and Feedback:
- Present design concepts to clients or internal teams for feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Incorporate feedback and refine designs until final approval is received.
- File Preparation and Management:
- Prepare final artwork for printing or digital publication.
- Manage and organize design files, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) to create designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design software and tools.
- Market and Trend Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Apply best practices and innovative approaches to design projects.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency in various design styles and mediums.
- Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Motion graphics knowledge will be an added advantage
- Other:
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and implement changes efficiently.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: RO200.000 - RO300.000 per month
Experience:
- Graphic designing: 2 years (Required)
