Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion and Sales
- Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and sometimes directly to consumers.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the company about customer preferences and market demands.
- Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
- Merchandising
- Ensure that products are properly displayed in stores to attract customers.
- Arrange promotional displays and signage to highlight products.
- Ensure that shelves are well-stocked and products are rotated according to expiry dates.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Use CRM software to track sales and customer data.
- Training and Development
- Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills.
- Share best practices and market insights with the sales team.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and disputes professionally.
- Work to achieve win-win solutions that satisfy both the company and the customer.
- Collaboration with Other Departments
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Work with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage invoicing and payments.
- Compliance and Ethics
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain ethical standards in all sales practices.
- Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
1. Minimum 3 years in FMCG sales.
2. Valid Omani resident card
3. Valid Omani driving License
4. Owns a car (optional )
5. Speaks English, Urdu, (Arabic is a Bounce)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO200.000 - RO350.000 per month
