We need a salesman experienced well in FMCG sales field, with a good background in this field in Oman particularly Muscat market. We need a motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, and problem-solving character salesman.

Roles and Task:
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Promotion and Sales
  • Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and sometimes directly to consumers.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Market Analysis
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the company about customer preferences and market demands.
  • Order Management
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Merchandising
  • Ensure that products are properly displayed in stores to attract customers.
  • Arrange promotional displays and signage to highlight products.
  • Ensure that shelves are well-stocked and products are rotated according to expiry dates.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Work with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage invoicing and payments.

  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain ethical standards in all sales practices.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years in FMCG sales.
2. Valid Omani resident card
3. Valid Omani driving License
4. Owns a car (optional )
5. Speaks English, Urdu, (Arabic is a Bounce)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO200.000 - RO350.000 per month
