Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in the outdoor apparel, fashion, or sports industry.
- Knowledge of outdoor activities, gear, and apparel is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 15kg).
- Flexible to work during weekends, holidays, and peak season times.
Pay: RO180.000 - RO400.000 per month
