Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive General Manager to oversee our business operations and drive our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Technical Leadership:

• Ensure the company’s technological infrastructure is aligned with business goals.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee the preparation and management of budgets.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Ensure financial targets are met and drive profitability.
• Team Management:
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
• Provide guidance and support to department heads.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

• Risk Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
