Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive General Manager to oversee our business operations and drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in business practices, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RO500.000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Technical Leadership:
- Utilize technical expertise to optimize business processes and systems.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the company’s technological infrastructure is aligned with business goals.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the preparation and management of budgets.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
- Ensure financial targets are met and drive profitability.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role.
- Strong technical background with experience in business practices and systems.
