Key Roles:

• Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risks that could impact the organization's operations and objectives.
• Audit Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive audit plan based on risk assessments.
• Compliance Review: Ensure that the organization complies with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Internal Controls Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Operational Audits: Review operational efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Financial Audits: Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present audit reports to management and the audit committee, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness.
