If Arabic is not your mother tongue or you do not have near native Arabic reading and writing, you will not be considered for this role.
THE ROLE
As the Marketing Manager it will be your responsibility to full fill the role of ‘Brand Guardian’ for the company. You will ensure that all material, advertisements, and educational material printed and produced for internal and external use, adhere to brand policies and standards set by the organisation and Wall Street Education. You will work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer and any external agency (when applicable) to meet internal marketing requests and oversee the development and production of all communication material pertaining to the company, to ensure that all materials a line with the brand.
You will be responsible for manage all local and international advertisements, advertorials and public placement in print, broadcasting, online media and any other media outlet as required. As a key individual of the organisation, you will also be expected to represent and promote the company at external events other marketing or promotional events as required.
For this reason we are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communicative skills with the ability to communicate comfortably with potential students, parents, corporate personnel, ministries staff etc. in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute an annual marketing plan, monitor all marketing activities and generate marketing campaign reports to update the management team periodically.
- Develop, plan and successfully execute a marketing & communications calendar based on the Annual Marketing Plan, by promotion both online (SEO, SEM, inbound leads, content creation, lead nurturing, link building, digital media etc.) and offline (ad placement, direct marketing, site marketing, promotional events, P.R. activities etc.) activities through monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles, to generate leads and drive admission enquiries.
- Plan and execute a communications calendar, plan leads generation, and promotion activities through monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles.
- Manage and implement ongoing social media campaigns through a number of communication channels including Instagram, Face Book, X, Tik Tok and any other social media application the company uses, to reach its customer base.
- Write and proofread creative copy, and produce a company blog/newsletter, if required.
- Manage, monitor and update the company website with updates and creative content as required.
- Oversee the marketing messaging and creative direction with the in-house designer, when placing ads, producing photos and/or video shoots for all media outlets.
- Maintain, track, manage and analysis all marketing and promotional activities across the entire organisation and keep comprehensive records for reports, reviews, and to identify areas of improvements.
- Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape, to identify key market trends to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing & communication activities in order to help the sales team reach their contract and monthly targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a synergy of activity exists across the entire organisation.
- Take responsibility for related and critical Key Performance Indicators across the company and manage the marketing plan to reach and supersede these targets.
- Identify communication channels between the public, academic institutes, organisations and ministries to promote the brand, the products and the overall experience.
- Research new marketing and promotional opportunities and analyse the data to identify and define new and potential audiences for the company.
- Build and manage partner marketing relations with individual and corporate clients.
- Monitor and manage budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts and suggest changes, improvements or change of direction based on the cost effectiveness and cost efficiency of each campaign related to leads, increased brand awareness, website click, customer conversion rates etc.
- Translate global campaigns and marketing activities to the local market.
- Any other marketing activity as required for the role and the organisation.
- Arabic speaker with a good command of English Language.
- Fluent in both speaking and written English.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Marketing Executive role.
- Must have experience of managing, overseeing and implementing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Appropriate degree.
- Driver license and own car.
- Marketing experience in an international organisation or an agency with global clients.
- MBA preferred but not essential
- Currently residing in Oman.
Pay: RO600.000 - RO800.000 per month
