Musical Retail Sales Executive - Thomsun

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Drive sales and achieve targets by promoting and selling musical instruments and accessories to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various musical instruments, including pianos, guitars, and audio equipment, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring the retail space is well-organized.
- Promotions & Events: Participate in product launches, promotions, and events to increase sales and awareness of musical products.
- Sales Reporting: Keep track of sales data, prepare reports, and analyze sales trends to optimize strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to ensure smooth store operations.
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the musical instruments industry.
- Strong knowledge of musical instruments and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
- Passion for music and sales.
