Objective:
Manage and oversee oil and gas projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and QA teams.ERP Management: Use ERP system for tracking progress, managing resources, and generating reports.Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related issues and implement process improvements.Reporting: Prepare and present project reports, including weekly updates to management.Documentation: Handle project documentation and requisitions for materials and equipment.Procurement: Coordinate with procurement for timely resource acquisition.Budget Management: Monitor project costs and manage invoicing based on milestones.Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.3-5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably with GCC/Oman experience.
