Sales Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their tyres needs and recommending suitable products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest tyres technologies, brands, and specifications to effectively sell to customers.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Quotation and Proposals: Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and quotations to potential customers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Service Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers regarding tyres selection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Installation and Maintenance: Oversee or assist with the installation, balancing, and alignment of tyres.
• Training: Train customers and staff on proper tyres maintenance and safety practices.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of tyres.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly.

Administrative Duties:
